Are you insured?
Yes! I am fully licensed and insured. This gives my couples peace of mind knowing they’re working with a professional who is protected and prepared for any venue requirements.
What is your wedding booking process?
My process is simple and stress-free:
-Inquire through my website
-We chat about your vision and details
-I send over your contract + invoice
-Your date is officially secured once the retainer is paid and contract is signed
After that, I’ll guide you through everything leading up to your big day!
How soon should we book?
As soon as possible! Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons. I recommend reaching out early to make sure your date is available.
How long does it take to get our photos?
You’ll receive sneak peeks within 48–72 hours after your wedding, and your full gallery is typically delivered within 6–8 weeks. I always focus on quality and making sure your gallery tells your story beautifully.
Do you travel?
Yes, I do! I’m based in North Carolina but love to travel for weddings and events. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and I’ll always be transparent about those upfront.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that plans can change, and I aim to keep things as fair and transparent as possible:
180+ days before your wedding: No additional balance is due beyond your retainer.
120–179 days before your wedding: 50% of the remaining balance will be due.
90 days or less before your wedding: The full remaining balance will be due.
All retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your date and require me to turn away other bookings.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
Most weddings typically need 6–8 hours of coverage to fully capture the day from getting ready through key reception moments. I’m always happy to help you build a timeline that fits your vision perfectly.
Will our images be edited?
Absolutely. Every image delivered is professionally edited in my signature style to ensure your gallery is cohesive, timeless, and true to your day.
What happens if you can’t make it?
In the unlikely event that I’m unable to attend, I will ensure a trusted and experienced photographer steps in to cover your day, and I will still handle the editing to maintain my style and quality.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer flexible payment options to make the investment more manageable. We can break your remaining balance into scheduled payments leading up to your wedding.
